TAN TZU Index Drives are classified into the following three types with the configurations of the output portions: Shaft, flange and table models. 

This is one of our conventional products. We provide it with a selection of either straight or tapered shafts. It is easy to use and install. 

We have spent a long time researching and developing this model. It has high regidity with various connections to place tables, gears, sprockets and other peripherals onto the output shaft face which has a hollow in the center for connection with a foreign shaft as well. 
In addition, the well-designed housing ensures easy handling and installation. Giving every care to the users' needs, we can assure that our index drives will satisify those engaged in the assembly work.

Table Model (80DT, 110DT, 140DT, 180DT, 250DT, 350DT) This is one of the fully-developed table type index drives, which has high rigidity because of the adoption of a wider and lower table in whose canter a tough hollow shaft is employed. This housing is so designed that an attachement can be installed on its sides, therefore, it is most suitable to rotary automatic assemblers, transfer machines and automatic wrappers. 

The properties of the series are the same as the table model. It can endure the heavy axial and radial load. The accessory equipments can be assembled directly to the flange and large diameter hollow shaft of the output series. Eelectric wire and pipe from the power source could be passed through the hollow shaft. The series are widely applied in automation apparatus and industrial machinery for intermittent motion. 

This series of indexing cams is designed for material delivery systems mechanisms and is designed for constant use. Because of the great care that has gone into the deisgn of this mechanism, it can provide multiple indexes and its accuracy can be maintained at 30 seconds of arc.

It consists of 2 plate cams fixed to the input shaft and a spider that supports the cam follower to the output shaft. This indexing drive has a plane cam mechanism designed so that the sam follower contacting the 2 plate cams on the input side serves to transmit rotation to the spider of the output shaft. Best suited for driving conveyors moving at comparatively long intervals.
